La Quinta's 2012 City Calendar is dedicated to sharing 30 years of cityhood and beyond. We hope you enjoy the photo collages within these pages that bring together La Quinta’s history with modern day amenities. La Quinta’s past is as cherished as its present, and our successes then are the pride of La Quinta today. We wish to extend a special acknowledgement to the La Quinta Historical Society and La Quinta Arts Foundation who also celebrate their 30th Anniversary in 2012!
The City of La Quinta has had a number of milestones over the past 30 years. The calendar includes a timeline highlighting some of La Quinta’s historic moments. It also provides dates of important meetings, community programs, and special events.
