Garage, Patio, Yard Sale Permit/Applications are available at the Code Compliance Counter Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., and Fridays, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. The permit fee is $10 and is payable by cash or check in the Finance Department. Residents are allowed two sales per La Quinta location in any 12-month period. The resident/occupant at the location must complete the application and provide a current photo I.D. such as your California Driver’s License.
Garage sales are allowed between the hours of 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. and cannot continue for more than 72 hours. You will receive three complimentary Garage Sale signs which should be removed when the event is over.
